Refund policy
Most purchases are covered by our 60 Day Love Your Fit Guarantee which means if we receive your return within 60 days from the purchase date you are eligible for a full refund on the item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (for hygiene purposes, when trying on any shapewear garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to quote your order number when getting in touch with us. Failure to follow the above may result in us not accepting your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@theshapeworks.com. We will contact you via email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response from us within 48 hours. You will need to cover the cost of your return. If you choose to return an item to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit and we reserve the right to charge you or not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage. All returns must be returned to us using a recorded delivery service. You can contact us for any return question at help@theshapeworks.com. We are unable to offer refunds on any shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Hosiery products (tights)
Please ensure you order the correct size as hosiery products are not covered by our 60 Day love Your Fit Guarantee. We are unable to offer refunds on any hosiery items (tights) unless defective. If you receive a defective hosiery product, please follow the steps listed under the 'Damages and Issues' section below. Please note all of our products are quality inspected before despatch.
Clearance products
Clearance products are not covered by our 60 Day love Your Fit Guarantee. We are unable to offer refunds on any clearance products unless defective. If you receive a defective product, please follow the steps listed under the 'Damages and Issues' section below. Please note all of our products are quality inspected before despatch.
Black Friday Sale products
Black Friday Sale products are not covered by our 60 Day love Your Fit Guarantee.
Multibuy Products
If you decide to return one item which is part of a two or more item multi-buy offer, the amount refunded will be based upon the remaining cost from the total multi-buy. This means that the item you keep will be treated as full price and the refund will be the remaining amount from the multi-buy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We endeavour to quality control all of our garments before they are despatched, however in the unlikely event of a fault, please get in touch help@theshapeworks.com in the first instance with photographic evidence of the fault and we will be able to help you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually 5 - 10 working days).
