Yes! All of our comfortwear and shapewear products are machine washable (ideally in a wash bag or pillowcase) with a gentle detergent at 30°c so you can wash and wear again and again! Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean. We recommend not using heat to dry any of our products as this can damage the stretch and degrade the silicon.

Each of our products is designed to fit different body shapes. Please fit our fit guide to select the best product for your body shape.

Delivery charges are £3.99, Standard delivery is offered free on orders totaling over £50.

Please note, we are dependent on courier time frames, which occasionally can be disrupted, particularly during busy periods such as holidays, Black Friday or as a result of industrial disputes. You should contact us in the first instance if you have not received your order within 10 days. Please understand that we will do our upmost to make sure your items are with you as soon as possible. However, you may need to contact the carrier to check the status of your order.

We endeavour to quality control all of our garments before they are despatched, however in the unlikely event of a fault, please get in touch help@theshapeworks.com in the first instance with photographic evidence of the fault and we will be able to help you.
