Delivery Details

All of our orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am - 1pm from our UK based warehouse.

We charge £2.99 for standard delivery on all UK orders and offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50. Delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days after dispatch. Please check your confirmation email for the dispatch time frame.

We only use reputable UK based carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD, most orders do not require a signature. However this is subject to change dependent on the carrier used. If a signature is required upon receipt and you are not available to accept your delivery, a card will be posted through your letter box with details on how to collect or rearrange delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all orders are addressed correctly. We cannot be held responsible for items that are undelivered as a result of being addressed incorrectly. Please check your order address carefully, we cannot guarantee that we are able to update your delivery details once your order has been placed.

Please note, we are dependent on courier time frames, which occasionally can be disrupted, particularly during busy periods such as holidays or as a result of industrial disputes. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.
